Requirements

  • Service Advisor or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Organized and dependable work style

  • Provide above average Customer Service.
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations.

  • Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to take direction well.
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Highly organized

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and write repair orders
  • Schedule appointments and recommend maintenance services
