About The Position

We are a family-owned and operated automotive repair shop located at 3374 Sullivant Ave. We have been in business since 1972. We have a creative, positive, energetic work environment with the structure in place. Positions at our shop don’t come open very often. There is plenty of room to grow here, you’ll be able to learn and advance your career. We are family-oriented so we are closed on weekends and evenings.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Answering phones and screening calls.
Greeting customers when they come in.
Helping Senior Service Advisor with Estimates as needed.
Parts Ordering and handling in accordance with the company policies.
Data entry, text messaging, mailings and general sales skills.
Keeping area looks professional and organized.
Sell supplementary services by notifying the customer of service specials or any additional work that is needed on their vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service for all customers whether external and internal.
