Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional automotive service advising experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sales and math skills for pricing and markups
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Ability to manage approximately 30 repair orders simultaneously
  • Being organized and detail-oriented
