About The Position
Jacksons Car Wash Service Advisors have awesome earnings potential, with an average weekly range of $1,000 - $1,500, and top performers earning over $100,000 annually. As the face of the company, Service Advisors greet customers with a smile, assist them with package selection, answer questions about washes, prices, and services, and promote Unlimited Membership Plans. This role offers a career in a friendly, fast-paced environment with excellent pay, benefits, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided.
Requirements
- Flexible availability: mornings/afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A high level of professional and strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High energy with the ability to work well on a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet the customer with a smile and a warm, friendly attitude.
- Assist customer with package selection if needed.
- Answer customer questions concerning wash, price, and services.
- Promote Unlimited Membership Plans.
- Additional duties as assigned.
