Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Professional and Approachable – You create a welcoming environment and build trust with ease
  • Strong Communication Skills – Able to explain technical information in a clear, confident, and customer-friendly way
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented – You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Valid Driver’s License – With an acceptable driver’s abstract

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership or automotive experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers into the service drive, assess vehicle needs, and coordinate service appointments
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide clear, thoughtful recommendations
  • Verify warranty and maintenance coverage, helping customers understand their options with confidence
  • Develop accurate service estimates, clearly outlining costs for parts, labour, and materials
  • Prepare detailed repair orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with technician recommendations
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Participate in training programs to stay current with products, services, and best practices
