Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the service process
  • Accurately gather customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly document vehicle concerns, symptoms, and repair requests
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations
  • Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor
  • Communicate repair timelines and manage customer expectations
  • Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide consistent updates to customers
  • Review repair orders and final invoices for accuracy
  • Explain completed repairs, maintenance recommendations, and charges in a clear and professional manner
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
