The assistant also helps with moving vehicles, reviewing documentation, processing payments, and returning keys for completed services. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards, keeping a clean and safe work area, participating in required training, accurately recording work hours, and adhering to all safety rules and regulations are also key aspects of the position. The role requires demonstrating the company's Core Values and complying with all company policies and procedures.
