Holman Lincoln is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to join their team. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • 2+ years’ experience in administrative services or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service
  • Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services
  • Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
  • Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
  • Provide administrative support to Service Advisors
  • Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent
  • Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor
  • Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position
