About The Position

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, provides industry-leading solutions for workplace safety, productivity, and efficiency. Service Administrators at Rite-Hite support the Service and Sales Departments, as well as customers, by managing parts and order entry and preparing invoices. A primary focus of this role is ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely billing for all completed service work. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the timely acquisition of parts and materials to meet installation, service, and PMP schedules, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting the accurate processing of service jobs. Additionally, the Service Administrator monitors the service system, generates invoices for completed service jobs, ensures customer billing requirements are met, and helps facilitate timely payment of invoices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of related experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a field service environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Department, Sales Department, and customers through the timely entry of parts and related orders and preparation of invoices
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely invoicing processes for all completed service work
  • Ensure the timely acquisition of parts and materials to meet installation, service, and PMP schedules
  • Maintain inventory within acceptable levels
  • Support the accurate and timely processing of service jobs
  • Monitor the service system and generate invoices for completed service jobs
  • Ensure all customer billing requirements are met
  • Help to drive timely payment of invoices
