Service Administrators at Rite-Hite support the Service and Sales Departments, as well as customers, by managing parts and order entry and preparing invoices. A primary focus of this role is ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely billing for all completed service work. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the timely acquisition of parts and materials to meet installation, service, and PMP schedules, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting the accurate processing of service jobs. Additionally, the Service Administrator monitors the service system, generates invoices for completed service jobs, ensures customer billing requirements are met, and helps facilitate timely payment of invoices.
