About The Position

In this position, a good part of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing our repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. You are also adept at data entry with a keen eye for accuracy, and you use these skills to enter and verify warranty claims for repairs done at our dealership. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Ability to spend a large part of your workday seated at a desk
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Automotive / dealership experience preferred
