About The Position

The Service Administrator facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e.: excel, word and outlook)
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High School diploma or the equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Previous knowledge of the service industry is a HUGE plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves service inquiries and questions.
  • Shipping and receiving of service/parts orders (mostly receiving) and staging them for technicians
  • Assists with creating and following up on service PO’s and RMA’s
  • Service Invoicing and receivables.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
