The Service Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting sales, estimating, and service delivery efforts. Requirements

  • Experience in a construction environment; Service Roofing or Sales experience is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with strong time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A relationship-focused mindset with a passion for client service and business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to expand Flynn’s service offerings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of contract documents and estimating principles.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business.
  • Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn’s brand.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions.
  • Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings.
  • Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement.
  • Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives.
