Weekend Warrior Server $18-$24 (Full Time)
About The Position
Our starting wage for Weekend Warrior Servers is: $18-$24 per hour! Come join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton located at 8239 York Rd. North Royalton, Ohio 44133! We are looking for someone (like you) to be a Host with the Most, a Peppy Prepper, and a Titan of Tidiness. Being a great host means greeting residents and making them feel welcome, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. Whether prepping a table for service, salads for the next meal, or rolling silverware, the Peppy Prepper understands a successful meal service can only happen if you’re prepared. Bussing tables and sweeping floors are important roles that play a crucial part in making the community something we can be proud of.
Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Criminally cleared

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome

- Prep tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware
- Bus tables
- Sweep floors
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Assist persons after a fall
