About The Position
PARC Retirement Living is an award-winning developer and operator of independent senior-living communities. We’re seeking a Server for our Oceana PARC team in White Rock. The PARC dining experience is as fast-paced and service-oriented as any high-end restaurant – and our chef-prepared cuisine rivals the best, too! But PARC is also the place our residents call home. So, as you become a member of our close-knit front- and back-of-house teams, you’ll also forge close relationships with the seniors who live here.
Requirements
- Restaurant or hotel serving experience
- Food Safe Level 1 certification
- Serving it Right certification
- WHMIS certification
- Understanding and respect for the needs of seniors, their families, and other professional services engaged with our residents.

Responsibilities
- Creating an incredible dining experience for our residents and guests.
- Creating a warm and positive atmosphere through customer-service excellence in every interaction.
- Serving meals with flourish, according to proper food-handling procedures.
- Providing room service and also cleaning and setting up the dining room between meals, washing dishes when needed.
