Requirements

Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Passion for working with seniors and providing excellent service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
Ability to follow directions and adhere to standards and procedures
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional table service to residents and guests
Take and deliver meal orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure dining areas are clean, welcoming, and well organized
Assist residents with menu selections while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining team members
Support special events and community functions as needed
