The Restaurant Server is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and checking on guests to ensure complete satisfaction. This role requires a candidate with a preferred High School Diploma and at least one year of hotel food service experience, including general knowledge of full-service, table-side service and standards. The server must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a TABC Certification and a Food Handlers Certification.
