About The Position
Anthology Events is seeking an upbeat, polished, and hospitality‑driven Server to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and enjoys creating memorable moments for guests. As a Server, you’ll guide guests through the menu, deliver warm and attentive service, and help maintain the lively, welcoming vibe that defines the Anthology experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of serving experience in a high‑volume or upscale bar/restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage fundamentals
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting
- Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset
- Positive attitude and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to all guests
- Guide guests through food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
- Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and seasonal menu items
- Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold all sanitation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth
- Contribute to the upbeat, social atmosphere of the rooftop environment
