About The Position

Located on our beautiful Wellness Campus east of Buffalo, we consistently rank among WNY’s “Best Places to Work.” We’re looking for dependable and compassionate Servers (Tray Line and Cart Delivery Service) to support our residents and team by assisting with food service, tray assembly, dishwashing, and overall kitchen duties.

Requirements

Previous food service or dietary aide experience preferred, but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail, sanitation, and safety standards
Dependable, positive, and caring attitude
Minimum age requirement of 16

Responsibilities

Assemble resident meal trays accurately using menus and tray cards
Operate kitchen equipment including dish machine, steam tables, coffee/juice machines, and more
Perform dishwashing, pots and pans cleaning, and general sanitation duties
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean counters, racks, carts, and equipment
Transport food and supplies to various areas of the facility
Prepare and deliver nourishments to nursing units
Assist with cafeteria meal service, including serving food and operating the cash register
Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ rights and personal property
