About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Server for Pinnacle Groves located in Rogers, AR. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing for meal service, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, able to communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and be physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting residents with mobility and falls. Criminal clearance is required.

Requirements

At least sixteen (18) years of age.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Active, as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
