About The Position
Now hiring Servers! Part Time and Full Time Positions. Earn up to $21/hour (based on experience) + Exceptional Benefits. Non-tipping position. As our Server, you ensure we are meeting our mission to provide our residents with well-prepared, and diverse cuisine. Cypress Cove offers its residents 3 onsite restaurants ranging from poolside to fine dining. We pride ourselves on our unique culinary offerings and providing outstanding customer service to our residents and guests. Our culinary team is built with compassionate and service-oriented people who love our residents, fun, food, and top-notch benefits!
Requirements
- 3 years prior restaurant server experience is required.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for connecting with people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to our residents.
- Prepare and maintain restaurant areas for service.
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
