About The Position

This role involves greeting guests, serving food and beverages promptly and accurately, and ensuring continuous guest attention. Responsibilities include clearing and cleaning tables, maintaining cleanliness of all areas, promoting positive guest relations, and stocking side stations. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with $500 paid after 90 days and $500 paid after 180 days of employment, provided the team member is in good standing. Applications will be considered for 14 days, with the post expiring on 7/4. This employer participates in E-Verify.

Requirements

• Previous serving experience and knowledge.
• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be flexible to work any schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months' experience as a server preferred.
• Prior money handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in prompt courteous manner and thank guest upon departure.
• Promptly and accurately serves food and beverages.
• Continuously walk through the station to ensure all guests receive continuous attention.
• Clear off and clean tables after each use and make sure they are set properly.
• Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Stock side station with required stock as needed.
