Server 3:30pm-7:30pm $15-21.50 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Wellington located at 1051 Kent St, Liberty, MO 64068. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $15 per hour and involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing dining areas, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The role requires a positive and energetic attitude, the ability to communicate effectively in English, and physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will also assist residents with mobility and ensure a safe dining experience.
Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
- Bus tables and sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding dietary habits, appetite changes, and resident absences from meals.
