About The Position

Missoula Valley Senior Assisted Living is dedicated to providing compassionate care and a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. Stellar Senior Living is the premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service during meal times by serving food and beverages to residents in a warm, respectful, and efficient manner. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team and making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work cooperatively in a team environment
Respectful and compassionate toward senior residents
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Nice To Haves

Previous food service experience preferred, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities

Greet residents with a friendly and professional demeanor
Take meal orders and serve food and beverages promptly
Ensure meals are served according to dietary restrictions and preferences
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room and service areas
Assist with setting tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for the next meal
Communicate resident feedback and concerns to kitchen or care staff as needed
Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
Assist with dishes and cleaning
