Servers are responsible for timely replenishment, garnishing, and serving of food in accordance with required contract flow rates. Servers are expected to always maintain a customer-oriented attitude and possess a willingness to put the customers’ needs first. This role requires adherence to RHFS rules and regulations, compliance with HACCP standards, and the ability to apply basic skills while developing skills appropriate for the position. A good working knowledge of food preparation and familiarity with kitchen equipment is necessary.
