About The Position

The Server at The Cardinal at North Hills enhances residents’ quality of life by delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating a welcoming community atmosphere. The role combines hospitality with customer service to provide residents and guests with memorable, personalized service at every meal. This is a full-time position scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with weekends required. The pay range is $15.50–$16.00 per hour.

• Food Handler’s certification; assistance obtaining certification is available.

Responsibilities

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed.
• Know the daily menu and assist residents with their requests.
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings.
• Perform other related duties as required.
