About The Position

Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. They learn the menu, explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The role contributes to a safe and welcoming environment and requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
