This role is responsible for providing guests with a high-level dining experience, while maintaining a professional distance and staying alert to their needs. The server will help guests select food and beverages, enter orders into the POS system, keep the kitchen staff informed, process payments, maintain cleanliness, prepare the dining area, and follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines. The position also involves completing side work, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
