As an AM Server, you will be part of an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. You will deliver outstanding customer service, showcase your knowledge of our menu offerings, and ensure guests start their day on a positive note.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate orders
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
  • Basic math and cash handling skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast and brunch hours
  • Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including dietary restrictions and special requests
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
  • Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
