Server 4:30pm-7:30pm $15-22 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Castlewood located at 1538 N. Old Castle Rd, Nixa, MO 65714. This part-time position offers a pay range of $15 - $22 per hour. The Server role involves greeting residents, ensuring a welcoming dining environment, preparing for meal services, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. We are looking for individuals who are at least sixteen years of age, possess strong English communication skills, have a positive and energetic attitude, and are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds. The role also requires the ability to assist residents with mobility and post-fall assistance. Candidates must be criminally cleared.
Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Active; requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to assist persons after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
- Bus tables and sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits, changes in appetite, or resident absences from meals.
