About The Position

This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through product knowledge, salesmanship, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. The server will educate guests on the history of the establishment, its whiskeys, food, and cocktails, while ensuring all service standards and cleanliness expectations are met. The position also involves completing assigned tasks efficiently and collaborating with the Lead Supervisor to ensure smooth operations. A strong emphasis is placed on internal hospitality and teamwork.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an uncompromised professionalism and composure in all situations.
• Share a passion for product and provide epic guest experiences with effortless suggestions and honest salesmanship.
• Convert guests into “High West Whiskey Ambassador’s” through detailed knowledge of HW whiskeys, cocktails, food and their availability.
• Educate guests in an honest way about the history of our home, our whiskey, and our food.
• Ensure guest expectations are met by executing proper sequence of service, moving with purpose, confidence, and speed.
• Maintain the details of table and restaurant cleanliness in all areas of the building, throughout all hours.
• Complete set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Lead Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly, correctly, and efficiently during the shift.
• Value the importance of internal hospitality and the necessary team environment this promotes.
