About The Position

The Server position is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by sharing a passion for product, offering effortless suggestions, and engaging in honest salesmanship. Servers educate guests on the history of the establishment, its whiskeys, cocktails, food, and their availability. They ensure guest expectations are met through proper service sequences, confident execution, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. This role also involves completing assigned tasks efficiently and working collaboratively with the Lead Supervisor to ensure smooth operations. A strong emphasis is placed on internal hospitality and fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to move up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uncompromised professionalism and composure in all situations.
• Provide epic guest experiences with effortless suggestions and honest salesmanship.
• Convert guests into "High West Whiskey Ambassadors" through detailed knowledge of HW whiskeys, cocktails, food, and their availability.
• Educate guests about the history of the home, whiskey, and food.
• Ensure guest expectations are met by executing proper sequence of service, moving with purpose, confidence, and speed.
• Maintain table and restaurant cleanliness in all areas of the building throughout all hours.
• Complete set-up, side work, and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Lead Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly, correctly, and efficiently during the shift.
