About The Position

Pies & Pints is hiring Servers for a fun, challenging, team-based environment. The role focuses on giving guests an experience that exceeds their expectations through warm, professional service and a collaborative approach. Servers greet guests, explain food and beer menu items, and make suggestions tailored to guests’ needs. Team members also help maintain dining-room cleanliness, complete side work, and assist wherever needed. The position requires teamwork, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following sanitation procedures.
