About The Position
Join our team and earn a free ski pass at Bretton Woods! Now hiring for November 2026. We are looking for a Server to provide excellent service to our guests. This role involves knowledge of fine dining service, full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings, station set-up and breakdown, and polishing glassware and silverware. The Server will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. Teamwork and excellent communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Saturday and Sunday availability
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior hospitality experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of fine dining service.
- Must have full familiarity with menus.
- Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
- Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
- To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
- To have dollies’ underliners ready.
- To fold various napkins for service
- Service to guests.
- Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
- Clean and maintain restaurant.
- Knowledge of Micros Computer System
- Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
