About The Position
Join our team and earn a free ski pass at Bretton Woods! Now hiring for November 2026. We are looking for a Server with knowledge of fine dining service, full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings. Responsibilities include station set-up and breakdown, polishing glassware and silverware, performing other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager, and providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will be pleasant, greet all guests, and maintain the restaurant. Knowledge of the Micros Computer System is helpful. Teamwork and helping other associates is highly valued.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Saturday and Sunday availability
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior hospitality experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of fine dining service.
- Must have full familiarity with menus.
- Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
- Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
- To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
- To have dollies’ underliners ready.
- To fold various napkins for service
- Service to guests.
- Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
- Clean and maintain restaurant.
- Knowledge of Micros Computer System
- Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
