Server (Part-Time | AM & PM Shifts) - Senior Living Community
About The Position
The Server @ First Colonial Inn provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. The schedule is Part Time, including weekends, with shifts from 6:30 am to 10:30 am and 3:00 pm to 7:15 pm. The pay range is $16.50 - $17.00/hr, with no tips. Benefits include paid vacation and a 401K. The role involves performing all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, greeting and escorting residents, assisting with requests, maintaining clean dining venues, and ensuring proper table settings. Other related duties may also be required.
Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of dining experience
Responsibilities
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
- Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
- Perform other related duties as required
