About The Position
The Server @ First Colonial Inn provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. This is a part-time position with shifts available in the morning (6:30am - 10:30am) and evening (3:00pm - 7:15pm), including weekends. The pay range is $16.50 - $17.00 per hour, with no tips expected. Benefits include paid vacation and a free meal each shift.
Requirements
- A passion for excellence

- High school graduate preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of dining experience
Responsibilities
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
- Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
- Perform other related duties as required
