About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. This role involves greeting and seating residents and guests, serving food efficiently, clearing tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and delivering food trays to residents' apartments as needed. The position also requires labeling and dating all food and performing other assigned job duties.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room by wiping down and sanitizing chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
