About The Position

We are currently seeking experienced servers to join our team. We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated servers who thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Our goal is to exceed our guests’s expectations by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service. We aim to promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment, and properly executing all necessary steps of service. Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times is paramount. We expect our servers to provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus, reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required, and responding positively to guest requests.

Requirements

Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service.
Knowledge of food and beverage, and a passion to cultivate these skills.
Confident and professional appearance.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
Must be able to carry about 40lbs.
