Requirements

Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods during shifts.
Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and twisting.
Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 25–35 pounds.
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, plates, and service tools safely.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Tolerance for exposure to heat, noise, and crowded spaces.
Ability to navigate dining areas quickly and safely.
Strong balance and coordination while carrying food and beverages.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up banquet and event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, following established service guidelines.
Interact with guests to fulfill their requests, provide information about menu items, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Coordinate with kitchen and bartending staff to ensure that food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately.
Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils during and after events, maintaining a clean and organized banquet area.
Assist in breaking down banquet setups and returning event spaces to their original condition.
