About The Position

IHOP is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing information on specials and answering questions about food and beverage items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, utilizing POS systems efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to requests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues gracefully, escalating to management when necessary.
