About The Position

Come join our team at The Wildwood Senior Living located at 3002 S John Duffy Dr. Joplin, Missouri 64804! We are looking for someone (like you) to be a Host with the Most, a Peppy Prepper, and a Titan of Tidiness. This role involves greeting residents, preparing tables and meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 44 properties currently in 7 states and employs nearly 2,500 employees!

Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Must have a positive and energetic attitude.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
• Foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
• Bus tables and sweep floors.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Assist persons after a fall.
