Server (Per-Diem)
About The Position
Arc Broward is hiring a per-diem banquet server for an on-call role with no set schedule, paying $18.00 per hour. The role supports banquet dining services and may also assist in other areas of dining services as needed. The position involves working with students on serving skills and providing courteous, responsive service. New team members are expected to start as soon as possible, with shifts available at several locations in Broward County. Arc Broward is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of people with developmental disabilities and others facing life challenges. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available for flexible hours, including weekday afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Effective oral communication skills are necessary to provide courteous, responsive service to employees and guests.
- Must successfully complete a Level II background check, physical, and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Catering experience or previous experience serving customers in a restaurant or banquet setting is a significant plus.
