The role involves assisting with the setup and breakdown of banquets, demonstrating superior customer service, and having energy and passion for excellence, humanity, and teamwork. There may be a need to assist in other areas of dining services as needed, and an interest in working with students on serving skills is beneficial.

Requirements

• Must be available to work flexible hours including weekday afternoons, nights and weekends
• Effective oral communications skills necessary to provide courteous, responsive service to employees and guests.
• Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Catering experience or previous experience serving customers either in a restaurant or banquet setting is a huge plus.
