About The Position

The Dining Room Server plays an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for residents and guests. The server assists with the setup, service, and cleaning of dining rooms, helping ensure that dining is enjoyable, timely, and engaging.

Requirements

• Some kitchen experience is desirable; basic knife skills are required.
• Experience operating kitchen appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, and ice machine, as well as office equipment.
• Knowledge of food-handling operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA-MSDS sheets and procedures.
• Knowledge of fire and safety procedures.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Follow the posted work schedule, arrive on time, and wear appropriate work attire.
• Maintain the kitchen and other assigned areas in a sanitary manner.
• Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with coworkers and residents.
• Follow food-handling procedures and regulations.
• Operate kitchen appliances, including the dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, and ice machine.
• May assist with food preparation, inventory, maintenance, food deliveries, and shelving stock.
