About The Position

Denny's is seeking a Server to join their Front of House (FOH) team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive service to guests throughout their visit, from welcoming them to processing payments. You will take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and utilize upselling skills to recommend menu items and specials. Engaging with guests by asking guiding questions and offering confident menu recommendations is key. You will also promote the Denny's Rewards Program, explaining its benefits. Maintaining a clean and organized dining room, processing payments efficiently, and collaborating with both FOH and Back of House (BOH) team members are essential for ensuring smooth service.

Requirements

• Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
