About The Position

Denny's is looking for Servers to welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit. This role involves taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages promptly, and utilizing upselling skills to recommend specials and popular menu items. Servers will also guide guests in making selections, offer menu recommendations, and invite guests to join the Denny’s Rewards Program. Maintaining a clean dining room and processing payments efficiently are key responsibilities. The role requires collaboration with both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) team members to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
