About The Position

As a Full-Time Restaurant Server, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service while upholding Hilton's high standards of hospitality. Our Restaurant Servers are responsible for providing a welcoming, attentive, and enjoyable dining experience for hotel guests and visitors. This position requires a positive attitude, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who takes pride in providing outstanding guest service, building positive relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our Food & Beverage operation.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant serving experience preferred, ideally in a hotel, full-service restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu presentation and proper serving techniques.
Experience operating a restaurant POS system preferred.
Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively.
Must be available to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with restaurant service, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsible alcohol service certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification as required.
Commitment to maintaining Hilton's standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Provide attentive and efficient food and beverage service in accordance with Hilton service standards.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections.
Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly address requests or concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked dining area, including tables, service stations, and restaurant equipment.
Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and side work.
Communicate effectively with Culinary, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and hotel safety procedures.
Promote a positive team environment by assisting fellow Team Members as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Food & Beverage management.
