About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-minded Server to join our dining team at Hillcrest Silver Ridge in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Silver Ridge is a welcoming senior living community where residents receive personalized support while maintaining as much independence, choice, and connection as possible. As a Server, you will help create a positive dining experience by providing friendly service, supporting a pleasant dining room environment, and helping residents feel cared for during every meal.

Must be able to utilize technology, dining supplies, and resources efficiently and effectively.
Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.

Nice To Haves

Previous serving, dining room, restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous dining service, food service, restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and respect.
Take meal orders and communicate orders clearly to the cook or chef.
Serve meals in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Assist the cook or chef with meal preparation support as needed.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant dining room environment.
Clear, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently.
Wash dishes, silverware, glasses, and other dining items as needed.
Vacuum dining areas, including spot cleaning as needed.
Wash, dry, fold, and store linens.
Sanitize and refill condiment containers.
Wrap silverware and assist with dining room setup.
Prepare the daily menu board for the following day.
Support culinary, health services, housekeeping, residents, families, and team members with kindness and professionalism.
