About The Position

As a part-time Food Server on the Hilton Orlando Hotels team, you provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive hospitality. You welcome guest interactions with an upbeat and friendly attitude, learn menu items and specials, take and enter orders, deliver them promptly, maintain a clean and organized service station, and follow applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make each meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests and answer questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
