About The Position

This position is responsible for providing excellent service to guests in a restaurant setting. The Server will follow the correct sequence of service, maintain their station, and assist other team members to ensure the best possible guest experience. They will also be responsible for handling guest receipts, maintaining proper uniform attire, and serving food and beverages according to established standards. Additionally, the Server must stay informed about casino/resort events and operating hours for all food and beverage outlets. A key responsibility includes reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.) in all guest interactions. The role also requires immediate reporting of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty, in accordance with the company's Self-Reporting Policy.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Understands and complies with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit.(19 years plus 1 day minimum)

Nice To Haves

Previous food service experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
Assist other servers in giving the best possible service.
Perform necessary assigned work.
Handle guest receipts according to internal casino/resort policy.
Responsible for proper uniform attire and proper name tag.
Serve all food/beverages as per room standards.
Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.).
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
